8/28, Wednesday, 11:30am – Lunch at Olive Garden – This is a drive and pay yourself event. We will meet at Olive Garden, 6050 Youngerman Circle, Jacksonville 32244. Reservations are required by 8/26.
9/12, Thursday, 1pm – Bowling at Splitz – We will enjoy an hour of bowling; cost to be determined. Splitz is located at 6155 Youngerman Circle, Jacksonville 32244. This is a drive yourself event. Reservations are required by Sept 6.
9/25, Wednesday, 11am – Cummer Museum – We will participate in a docent led tour of the “Fabric of Nations” Exhibit at the Cummer. This exhibit highlights quilts. The cost is $25, which includes admittance to the museum. Post tour you are welcome to tour the rest of the museum and gardens on yourown. If you would like to eat at Café C, you must make reservations on your own, (904) 356-6857. The Cummer is located at 839 Riverside Ave, Jacksonville 32204. Reservations with payment are required by Sept. 11. Space is limited so make your reservations early.
10/9, Wednesday, 11:30am – Kyodai Sushi Rock Restaurant – Lunch at Kyodai. This is a drive and pay yourself event. We will meet at Kyodai, 210 Orange Park Northway, Orange Park, 32073 at 11:30. Reservations are required by October 7.
10/30, Wednesday, 10am – Camp Chowenwa – Nature hike and presentation by a Clay County Naturalist, with picnic lunch to follow at Camp Chowenwa. The cost is $15 for a picnic lunch. Meet at Camp Chowenwa, 1517 Ball Rd, Green Cove Springs, 32043. Reservations with payment are required by Oct. 25.
12/10 – Holiday Party, 2-4 pm – We will have a holiday party at “The Center” at Fox Valley. More details will be shared in the future. There will be a small cost. We are planning on food, music, and fun. Stay tuned. You are welcome to make a reservation for this event.
